Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have a M.Sc, M.A, B.F.A./B.A, Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.
- PGT BIOLOGY: M.Sc.Zoology/Botany/Bio-Science/Bio-Chemistry/ Genetics/Micro-Biology/Plant Pathology/ Bio-technology/Life Science/Molecular Bio with at least 50% marks provided that the applicant had studied Botany & Zoology at Graduation level and B.Ed. from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; AND iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record Amendment dated 12.09.2014 is under:- (a) ¬against serial number 11, in item (i), for the words “Bio-Science”, “Plant Pathology” and “Life Science”, the words “Bio-Sciences”, “Plant Physiology” and “Life Sciences” shall be substituted respectively;
- PGT COMMERCE: M.Com with Accounting/Cost accounting/Financial accounting as a major subject of study with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university. Holders of a degree of M.Com. in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible; ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT ECONOMICS: M.A. Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT ENGLISH: M.A. English with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT GEOGRAPHY: M.A. Geography with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT HINDI: M.A. Hindi with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT HISTORY: M.A. History with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT MATHEMATICS: M.A./ M.Sc. Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subjects at the Graduation level with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed from a recognized university; ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT PHYSICS: M.Sc. Physics/ Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics/Electronics Physics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test(HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT POLITICAL SCIENCE: M.A. Political Science with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university; AND ii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects iii. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) iv. Consistent good academic record.
- PGT SANSKRIT: M.A. in Sanskrit or Acharya with at least 50% marks from a recognized university; and ii. Shiksha Shastri or Language Teacher Course or Oriental Training in Sanskrit from a recognized university or conducted by Haryana Education Department or B.Ed. from a recognized university; and iii. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects; iv. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) v.Consistent good academic record.
