For the first time in the state, Haryana Staff Selection Commission has followed the normalization process in a Group C/D Recruitment in the state. This time, 4 to 5 different question papers were assigned randomly to the aspirants in each of the exam sessions/shifts.

As per the latest notice, the advice of the Indian Statistical Institute shall be followed by the commission while evaluating OMR answer sheets. HSSC will adopt percentile method of normalization as the examination was held in multiple shifts

Further Selection Process
  • Candidates who pass the written test shall participate in the PST/PET.
  • Passing the Physical Test phase is required for every aspirant but it carries a qualifying nature which means the PET/PST marks won’t be considered for the HSSC Constable Merit List.
  • In the end, candidates need to appear for the scrutiny of the documents.
  • Rest 10% Marks will be assigned on the basis of the applicant’s experience and socio-economic criteria.
